Risk Management
All coaches (head and assistant) and volunteers must provide information for the Ohio South Youth Soccer Association's Risk Management KidSafe System. SWSA coaches and volunteers should go to https://ssl.hammerhead.net/OHSRMData/RiskUserMainForm.asp to provide this information on-line. When prompted to select the "member league," select "Southwest Soccer." Give a copy of your completed certificate to a SWSA administrator.
