Upcoming Events
Thanks to all our soccer players for another fun and exciting season of soccer. We give thanks to our coaches and assistant coaches for volunteering to coach teams and work with players throughout the season. The organization exists through the generosity of our numerous coaches and volunteers. On behalf of all our players … we thank you!
WABA Independence Day Parade
Saturday 03-JUL-10
SWSA invites all coaches, players and parents to join us in the WABA Lincoln Village July 4th Parade on Saturday 03-JUL-10. All players from our Fall, Spring and Indoor seasons are welcome to join us for the parade. Players are asked to wear their Yellow or White SWSA Jersey and bring a bag of candy to pass out during the parade route. Please see the additional information below regarding parade times:

815AM - Parents should drop-off their child at Westland High School via Galloway Road entrance.

930AM – Parade begins down West Broad Street to Lincoln Village Plaza.

1100AM – Parents can pick-up their child at Jo-Ann Fabrics in Lincoln Village Plaza.

Fall 2010 Soccer Program
Registration for our Fall 2010 soccer program will be opening in July 2010. Please select 2010 Fall On-Line Registration to begin the on-line registration process.

SWSA Soccer Programs

Recreational - Soccer programs for youth between the ages of 3 and 14 years old.

Middle School Programs – Middle school soccer program through partnership with CESA Soccer of Ohio.

High School Programs - High school soccer program through partnership with CESA Soccer of Ohio.
Recreational Program Details

SWSA offers a recreational / educational program.
-
Recreational teams practice no more than twice a week prior to the start of games and once a week during game season.
-
Recreational teams play two games a week; Tuesday OR Thursday and Sunday afternoon.

Practices are scheduled by team coaches.
-
All youth will be drafted to new teams each season.
-
Players are drafted equally across each division based upon gender, experience and skill.

Participants register as an individual, not as a team.
-
SWSA always strives to produce well-balanced teams within each division.
Registration Cost

Program Fees for U04 and U06 Divisions are $50.00. Fee includes various program fees, including trophy. Youth will utilize same uniform from prior season (yellow & white t-shirt, shorts and socks).

Program Fees for U08, U10, U12 and U14 are $60.00. Fee includes various program fees, including trophy. Youth will utilize same uniform from prior season (yellow & white t-shirt, shorts and socks).

Uniform fees for All Divisions are $30.00. Fee includes yellow & white t-shirt, shorts and socks.

Equipment Required
-
Soccer ball is required for all practices and games. Size 3 for U4 / U6 / U8. Size 4 for U10 / U12. Size 5 for U14.

Shin guards are required for practices and games.

Soccer cleats are recommended but not required. Soccer cleats do not have a stud at the tip of the shoe. This stud can be cut off if you want to use baseball or football cleats for soccer.

Coaches will notify you by phone or email of team assignments, or you may access the on-line registration portal to see team and coach assignments.
